Heartland Engineering, Inc. was founded in March, 2008 and currently has eight (8) regular full-time employees. Temporary and seasonal employees are used to supplement the regular staff depending on workload and location. We specialize in highway engineering projects and work almost solely on County, City and State projects in western North Dakota. We are based out of home offices located in Bismarck, New England, Dickinson, Medora, Surrey, Williston and a seasonal location south of Parshall. The company is currently set up to allow the employees to be as mobile as possible. Each regular employee has a laptop computer equipped with all the programs and tools necessary to complete their projects from any location.
